The Pathways Program was created after President Obama’s December 27, 2010 Executive Order on recruiting and hiring students and recent graduates into the Federal Government. FEMA has a plethora of programs for students from high school through the post-graduate level. These are unique opportunities for current students to gain valuable work experience and explore many exciting careers in the United States Federal Government.
The Internship Program has paid opportunities for current students enrolled in high school through graduate school. Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program

Recent Graduate Programs
The Recent Graduate Programs has jobs for recent graduates who have completed, within the previous two years, a qualifying associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational, or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution. Student Volunteer Employment Program
